Exciting opportunity available for a skilled and passionate Occupational Therapist who thrives in a school-based environment. This contract position puts you at the heart of student growth and development, supporting K-12 learners throughout the academic year. Your expertise will be vital in helping young individuals achieve their fullest potential, from September 3, 2026, through June 18, 2027. You’ll collaborate with a dedicated team of OTs and COTAs, ensuring manageable caseloads and coordinated care.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Washington Occupational Therapy license
  • Active ESA Certificate
  • Previous experience in school-based settings is highly valued
  • Strong clinical, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Adaptability and commitment to supporting diverse student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy assessments, interventions, and documentation for a caseload of approximately 50+ students in grades K-12
  • Travel efficiently between assigned school sites with mileage reimbursement for inter-site visits
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in partnership with educators and families
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal student progress
  • Maintain clear, accurate student records and meet compliance timelines
