Compensation

Weekend premium pay of $2.50 per hour for Saturday and Sunday shifts, with a base pay of up to $17.75 per hour.

Job Responsibilities

The Service Advisor will be responsible for delivering automotive services promptly and efficiently while ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting customers with their purchases in a sales-oriented environment
  • Using computer systems to check product inventory and arrival dates
  • Setting up work orders for customers and scheduling service work using the VAST system
  • Explaining work orders and invoices to customers
  • Handling Retail Cashier duties, including processing customer payments
  • Installing batteries, balancing wheels, and repairing or installing tires as needed
  • Performing oil changes following LOF procedures when required
  • Adhering to Loss Prevention and safety policies
  • Interpreting vehicle inspection results and providing appropriate service recommendations
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks
  • Proficiency in reading and speaking English
  • Effective communication with customers and team members
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Previous auto repair experience is preferred
  • Prior retail experience is also preferred
