Position Overview
The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk operations and ensuring the office runs smoothly on a daily basis. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, candidates, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain the appearance and organization of the reception area and common spaces.
- Coordinate visitor check-in procedures and office security protocols.
- Manage conference room scheduling and preparation for meetings.
- Assist with office events, team gatherings, and company meetings.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Order and maintain office supplies, kitchen inventory, and workplace amenities.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires, including workspace preparation and office tours.
- Partner with leadership and office operations teams to ensure an exceptional employee experience.
- Assist with administrative projects and general office support as needed.
- 2+ years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, office coordinator, hospitality, or administrative support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service mindset with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and office productivity tools.
- Experience working in a technology, startup, or high-growth environment is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-starter who takes initiative and solves problems proactively.
- Comfortable interacting with executives, employees, customers, and vendors.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
