Warehouse Auditor
The Operations Auditor is responsible for communicating with the drivers and assigning inbound and outbound loads to specific doors and staging lanes.

Pay Rate
$21.50 and $22

Shift/Schedule
2nd shift-$22 hrly. (2:30pm-11pm mandatory OT will require 2:30pm-1am or 4pm-4am)

1st shift 6am-2:30pm with lots of OT

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent • Excellent PC skills in MS Office • Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience preferred • Ability to work
independently in a fast-paced environment • Detail oriented

Responsibilities
• Auditing Inbound and Outbound load quality • Auditing facility process compliance and standards review • Working with Inventory Control to audit location accuracy • Compile and report audit data • Work with facility management to identify quality trends and opportunities • Other duties as assigned

• IL Paid Leave for All Workers

An employee that works in Illinois is entitled to accrue and use up to 40 hours of paid leave during a 12 month period or a pro rata number of hours of paid leave under the provisions of the State of Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act. The 12 month accrual period is considered to begin for new employees on the employees first day of employment. An employee is entitled to begin using earned and accrued paid leave time 90 calendar days after commencement of employment. Paid leave under this Act shall accrue at the rate of one hour of paid leave for every 40 hours worked up to 40 hours of paid leave

• 401(k) with company match for eligible employees.

Eligibility: Active employees with one year of work and during that one year has completed 1,000 hours of service and is at least 21 years of age. Entry dates into the 401(k) are: 1/1 or 7/1 following the one year of service and completing 1,000 hours of work.
The company will match 100% of the first 3% of the employee contribution. As well as, match 50% of the next 2% of the employee contribution. (The company contribution/match maximum is 4%)
