Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum one year of recent Operating Room experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Demonstrated knowledge of OR nursing practices, sterility standards, and surgical procedures
- Strong critical-thinking, communication, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Circulate and scrub for a variety of surgical cases
- Ensure patient safety and comfort from pre-op through post-op
- Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary team members
- Monitor and maintain sterility and proper equipment use
- Adhere to infection control protocols and hospital policies
