Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience with elementary-age children in educational settings
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and intervention services for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans (IEPs) in alignment with state and federal requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success
- Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust therapy strategies as needed
- Contribute to the development of a positive, inclusive learning environment
