Responsibilities:

Greet and serve guests in a friendly, efficient manner

Maintain a strong understanding of kitchen operations, food cost, and portion control

Take food and beverage orders and ensure accuracy in the order process

Deliver food and beverages to guests promptly

Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas

Assist in setup and breakdown of the breakfast area

Work as a team with other servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:

Must be able to start at 5 AM
