Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required
- Active California State licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC’s) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Experience in a school-based setting preferred; strong new graduates encouraged to apply
- Commitment to providing exceptional, individualized therapy and fostering student growth
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work on-site and flexibility to adapt to school schedules
- Open to travel professionals ready for a rewarding contract assignment
Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one speech-language pathology services to students, following individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Provide support and resources to families and school staff regarding speech and language development
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professionally to the school community
