Make a difference in the lives of children as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist working 3-4 days per week, with Wednesdays as a required day. Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid SLP license in Colorado (or eligibility to obtain)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
  • Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
  • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and documentation skills
  • Compassionate communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm for working with diverse learners

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide screenings, assessments, and interventions to students with speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEPs and educational goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support each student’s needs
  • Maintain detailed records of evaluations, progress, and services provided
  • Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and team discussions
  • Advocate for students’ access to communication and language supports within the school
