We are seeking an experienced Commercial Carpenter / Drywaller to join our team for long-term commercial construction projects. This offers a competitive hourly pay and the opportunity to transition into a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

Position Overview

The Commercial Carpenter / Drywaller will be responsible for hanging and finishing drywall on commercial construction projects. Candidates with additional construction or carpentry skills are encouraged to apply, as versatility is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Hang drywall in commercial construction environments.
\n
• Finish drywall to project specifications, including taping, mudding, sanding, and texturing as required.
\n
• Read and interpret basic construction plans and specifications.
\n
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.
\n
• Collaborate with project supervisors and team members to meet project timelines and quality standards.
\n
• Perform additional carpentry or construction-related tasks when needed.
\n

Required Qualifications

\n
• Experience hanging and finishing drywall in commercial construction settings.
\n
• Experience hanging commercial metal doors
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
\n
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
\n
• Ability to lift, carry, and move construction materials and tools.
\n
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.
\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n
• Commercial carpentry experience.
\n
• Experience with metal stud framing.
\n
• Experience with acoustical ceilings, trim work, or other construction trades.
\n
• Ability to operate common construction tools and equipment.
\n
