Setting: Outpatient Orthopedic

Schedule

  • Full-Time (Up to 40 hours/week)

  • Flexible Schedule

  • Monday-Thursday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

  • Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

  • No weekends

Job Summary

We are seeking two compassionate and motivated Physical Therapists to join a growing outpatient orthopedic practice. This position offers one-on-one patient care, structured mentorship, and the opportunity to work with a diverse orthopedic patient population in a collaborative environment. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

  • Provide one-on-one outpatient orthopedic treatment.

  • Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

  • Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

  • Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

  • Provide occasional coverage at multiple practice locations as needed.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program.

  • Active Maryland Physical Therapist License (or eligible to obtain).

  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred but not required.

  • Experience with Dry Needling, Vestibular Rehabilitation, or Concussion Management is a plus.

  • Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (Training Provided)

  • Vestibular & Balance Disorders

  • Pre/Post-Operative Rehabilitation

  • Concussion Rehabilitation
