Key Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license for the state of Missouri
- Previous experience working in school-based settings preferred
- Ability to manage caseloads across multiple sites efficiently
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Capable of working onsite exclusively (no virtual/remote option available)
- Dedicated to supporting students’ individual needs and educational goals
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs
- Conduct assessments to determine students’ strengths and needs
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to maximize student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
- Travel between multiple school sites within the assigned area
