Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active and valid state SLP license, or eligibility to obtain prior to start
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates are welcome
• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly desirable
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Commitment to working onsite in a full-time capacity

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with communication, articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to maximize outcomes
• Consult with teachers, support staff, and caregivers regarding student needs and strategies
• Maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with state, district, and federal regulations
