Step into an onsite role serving K-12 learners, where you’ll partner with educators and families to create impactful change across districts in the greater Olympia area, as well as Mason, Grays Harbor, Pacific, and Thurston counties. Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) certification required
- Experience in a school-based setting, K-12 preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment
- Valid state SLP license
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students across a diverse K-12 caseload
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with special education staff, families, and administrators to ensure student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and offer professional input for educational planning
- Travel between assigned campuses in Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater, Shelton, Raymond, and McCleary as needed
You can choose a schedule that fits your preferences: either full-time onsite, 4 days a week at 8.75 hours per day, or 5 days a week at 8 hours per day.
