Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting young learners as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) in a dynamic educational environment near Woodinville, WA. This full-time position will have you working with elementary students (grades K-5) across two nearby locations, serving a caseload of 40-50 students. You’ll play a pivotal role in fostering students’ communication skills and collaborating closely with teachers, families, and support staff.

Your contract begins September 4, 2026, and runs through June 17, 2027, offering consistent hours (7.5 per day, Monday through Friday). You’ll enjoy a compensation rate starting at $50 per hour, with highly competitive weekly pay.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Washington State SLP license
  • ESA Certificate for WA
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • At least 2 years of school-based SLP experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt to multiple school environments

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to elementary students (K-5)
  • Assess, develop, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Travel between two elementary school sites during the week
  • Maintain detailed documentation and compliance with state and district requirements
  • Contribute insights and support to RTI/MTSS frameworks as needed
