SN Family Dental
Ramsey, NJ, US Full Time

Job Description

Job Description
Join Our Growing Dental Practice

We are a family-owned dental clinic, led by a mother-daughter duo, dedicated to fostering a supportive environment for our team, our patients, and the future we are collectively building. Our mission extends beyond merely operating a dental office; we aim to create a space where individuals can thrive, take ownership, and establish long-lasting careers rather than just filling a position.

The Opportunity

We are in search of a hygienist who seeks more than a standard work routine. In this role, you will:

  • Establish meaningful connections with patients through education and trust.
  • Play a vital role in helping patients comprehend their treatment options.
  • Be part of a team that prioritizes efficiency, quality, and an exceptional patient experience.
  • Have the chance to assume a leadership position as our practice continues to expand.

This position allows your voice to be heard and your contributions to be recognized.

Growth Path

We are committed to nurturing talent rather than merely filling vacancies. Our growth path includes:

  • Step 1: Clinical Excellence - Focus on patient care, education, and delivering an outstanding experience.
  • Step 2: Team Influence - Assist in enhancing systems, support your colleagues, and contribute to overall growth.
  • Step 3: Leadership Opportunity - Transition into a Lead Hygienist or Hygiene Leadership role, guiding the department and taking ownership of outcomes, along with a significant pay increase.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Hourly wage ranging from $55 to $65 (negotiable based on experience).
  • Sign-on bonus of $3,000 available after six months (for full-time positions).
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities.
  • Increased pay for leadership roles as you advance.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including paid time off (PTO), continuing education, and more.
Who You Are

This position is ideal for you if you:

  • Enjoy engaging with patients and assisting them in understanding their health.
  • Desire to be part of a team that is continuously evolving and improving.
  • Are eager to take on additional responsibilities over time.
  • Have an interest in leadership and personal development.
  • Value being part of something significant rather than just clocking in and out.
Requirements
  • Valid Dental Hygiene License.
  • Familiarity with Dentrix is preferred.
Our Culture

We believe that effective leadership fosters strong teams, which in turn yield excellent results. Our focus is on cultivating a positive, accountable, and growth-oriented atmosphere where individuals feel both supported and challenged to improve. As we expand, more opportunities will arise, and we are eager to find the right candidate to grow alongside us.

Why This Role Matters

As our practice is currently in a phase of expansion, this presents a genuine opportunity for the right individual. You won’t just be filling a role; you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of our hygiene department.
