Position Overview\n

Join our team as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) at our Skilled Nursing Facility. In this role, you will provide technical nursing care to Residents under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN) and may also serve as a charge nurse.

Compensation Package\n

Compensation details:

\n

• Salary scale with 30 pay increments reflecting 30 years of relevant experience.
\n
• Compensation range: $29.16 - $41.57 per hour
\n
• Sign-on Bonus: $5,000.00
\n

Job Status and Shift Information\n

\n
• Full-Time position with comprehensive benefits

• 3, 12-hour shifts
\n

Qualifications\n

Requirements:

\n

\n
• Minimum of one (1) year experience as an LVN
\n
• Hold a current California LVN license
\n
• Completion of an accredited LVN program with an associate's degree or equivalent
\n
• Current CPR Certification
\n

\n

• Strong clinical judgment and prioritization skills
\n
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities
\n
• Proficiency in computer usage
\n

Responsibilities\n

• Coordinate and supervise shift duties
\n
• Participate in resident care planning and evaluation
\n
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
\n
• Maintain accurate narcotic records
\n
• Review medication orders and documentation
\n
