Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse

Shift Differential: $3.50 for shifts from 10 PM to 6 AM

Starting Salary for New Graduates: $42.50 per hour

Tuition Reimbursement: Available for full-time employees

As a key player in our interdisciplinary group, the RN will deliver high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal interactions. You will provide care and services that enable patients to achieve or maintain their optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs through continuous evaluation and adjust care plans as necessary based on changes in patient conditions.
  • Provide clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) on a daily basis.
  • Implement and interpret departmental programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
  • Exhibit outstanding customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients.
  • Utilize reasoning skills and sound judgment in all situations.
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate productively within an interdisciplinary team.
Qualifications:
  • Possession of a nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the applicable state, with an active license in good standing throughout employment.
  • Preferred: One year of experience in skilled nursing.
  • CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; must remain current throughout employment.
