Job Opportunity: Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)

Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. This position is based onsite and involves executing treatment plans established by the Occupational Therapist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement treatment strategies aimed at enhancing Activities of Daily Living (ADL) skills.
• Prioritize safety and promote independence among seniors in assisted living and memory care settings.
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident progress and outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff and care teams to ensure comprehensive support.
• Provide education and guidance to residents and their families regarding therapy processes and goals.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for working with seniors.
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
