Position Location:

- Sacramento (including Central Valley) \n
\n
Responsibilities for S+B James Construction Management Project Managers include, but are not limited to the following:
\n- \n
- Overall project and team performance \n
- Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, project teams and S+B James staff \n
- Estimate and develop project budgets \n
- Prepare and maintain the project schedule with the superintendent \n
- Thoroughly understand and administer owner contracts \n
- Mitigate project risk and communicate with stakeholders effectively \n
- Project financial management including, but not limited to:\n
- \n
- Project Buy Out and Subcontracts \n
- Change Orders \n
- Budget Adjustments \n
- Owner SOV & Billings \n
- Monthly Project Status Reports \n
\n - Project coordination & communication \n
- Manage & assist the project superintendent \n
- Responsible for job site safety adherence \n
- Lead all project meetings \n
- Project documentation\n
- \n
- Assist in the review of all RFI’s and submittal’s \n
- Assist with subcontractor insurance compliance \n
\n - Responsible for all project staff development and training \n
\n
What we are looking for:
\n- \n
- Valid driver’s license \n
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related construction experience / degree \n
- Intermediate to Proficient level of understanding in Sage 300, Procore or similar construction management software \n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Bluebeam or Adobe. \n
- A knowledge seeker who will ask why and research things they do not understand \n
- Someone who can work hard and play hard! \n

Full Time / Salary Range: $100k-$150k depending on experience
