Responsibilities:

• Perform inpatient pharmacy duties including dispensing, reviewing medication orders, and ensuring compliance with hospital protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient medication therapy
• Maintain accurate records of medication use and inventory
• Participate in clinical rounds and provide pharmaceutical care support

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts (MA) pharmacist license required
• Minimum of 2 years hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Experience with EPIC electronic health records system is ideal
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments
