Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Snohomish, WA

Embark on a rewarding contract role supporting elementary students across two school locations near Snohomish, WA. In this full-time opportunity, you'll use your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to make a meaningful difference for K-5 students with diverse needs. With dedicated caseloads of 40–50 students, you'll split your time between both schools, delivering vital assessments and individualized speech therapy services.

Successful candidates will meet the following requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Washington State SLP License (CCC)
• Valid Washington ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certificate
• Minimum two years of experience in a school-based setting
• Demonstrated ability to effectively support elementary-aged students
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting evaluations and providing direct speech and language therapy to K-5 students
• Developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Maintaining thorough documentation and progress reports in line with district and state guidelines
• Consulting and collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure comprehensive student support
• Managing a balanced schedule between two school locations
