Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, public areas and hotel facilities.

Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests.

Diagnose and repair equipment, fixtures, doors, locks and furniture.

Complete painting, drywall, carpentry and general building repairs.

Inspect hotel property to identify and correct maintenance and safety issues.

Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk staff to prioritize and resolve maintenance concerns.

Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Assist with room renovations and special maintenance projects as needed.
