Nurse Practitioner - Family Medicine (Elm Road) Opportunity - North Central Indiana

Our organization is on the lookout for a dedicated and mission-oriented Nurse Practitioner (NP) to enhance our expanding Family Medicine team located in North Central Indiana.

We are part of a larger health system that encompasses over 20 practice locations, featuring more than 100 primary care and specialist physicians across St. Joseph, Marshall, and Elkhart Counties.

This role will be under the employment of our regional health system, which is affiliated with a prominent medical institution.
