Site Manager 📍 London & Home Counties An established contractor operating within the fire protection and compliance sector is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee large-scale projects from mobilisation through to completion. The successful candidate will have a strong background managing construction, fire protection, or compliance-focused projects and will be responsible for ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Key Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction, fire protection, or related sectors. Strong understanding of passive fire protection systems, fire doors, compartmentation, and fire stopping. Experience managing projects valued in the millions. Commercial awareness and budget management experience. Ability to lead site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders effectively. Strong reporting, planning, and organisational skills. Relevant industry qualifications desirable. Full UK Driving Licence. Responsibilities Take ownership of multiple projects from start to finish. Manage site teams, subcontractors, and programme delivery. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Monitor budgets, costs, and overall project performance. Manage quality assurance and audit processes. Produce progress reports and project documentation. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and best practice.
