\nContract: Part Time, Permanent - 30 hours per week
\nSalary: Up to £20,502.86 pro rata per annum (full-time equivalent: £23,920)

Your Role\nWe are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Fostering Recruitment Administrator to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will play a key part in recruiting foster parents for our agencies across the community.
\nAs the go-to person for prospective foster parents, you will:

- Guide and support applicants through the assessment process. \n
- Manage all administrative tasks related to each applicant or household. \n
- Build strong relationships with fostering applicants, ensuring they feel supported throughout their journey. \n
- \n
- Serve as the primary contact for fostering applicants during their assessment. \n
- Process all statutory checks from external agencies efficiently. \n
- Oversee multiple applications simultaneously, ensuring a smooth experience for all applicants. \n
- Update systems with administrative tasks promptly. \n
- Handle incoming correspondence via phone, email, and post. \n
- Collaborate closely with internal colleagues and external organizations throughout the assessment process. \n
To thrive in this role, you should possess:

- Strong administrative skills, including experience with databases and electronic filing systems. \n
- Proficiency in the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). \n
- The ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. \n
- A collaborative spirit, with the ability to work independently when needed. \n
- Clear, friendly, and confident communication skills, both written and verbal. \n
- GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent qualification). \n
- Experience in children’s services or a related field is a plus, but full training will be provided. \n
- Previous office administration experience is advantageous. \n
