Grounds Maintenance Operative

Location: Stafford, ST18 Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour Hours: 42 hours per week, 7am - 4pm Start Date: ASAPWe are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team working across schools and local authority sites in the Stafford area.This is a physically demanding role that would suit someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in maintaining high standards of appearance and safety.Duties Will Include:Grass cutting and strimmingHedge trimming and pruningWeed control and general grounds maintenanceLitter picking and site tidyingAssisting with landscaping and seasonal maintenance tasksWorking safely on occupied school and public sitesFollowing health and safety procedures at all timesRequirements:Previous grounds maintenance or landscaping experience preferredFull UK driving licence (REQUIRED)Good understanding of health and safetyPolite, professional and presentable mannerAbility to work as part of a team and independentlyPhysically fit and comfortable carrying out manual outdoor work in all weather conditionsWhat We Offer:Full-time hoursOngoing work opportunitiesWeekly paySupportive working environmentOpportunity to work across a variety of sitesIf you have grounds maintenance experience and are looking for your next opportunity, we'd like to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
