In this role, youll work closely with specific academies to identify those who need pastoral support, building trusted relationships that empower students to thrive. Youll join a supportive, vibrant team and play a key part in shaping positive experiences and outcomes.The OpportunityThis is a rewarding opportunity to make a real and lasting difference to the lives of students. As a Student Experience & Pastoral Coach, youll build strong, supportive relationships, provide targeted 1:1 and group coaching, and help remove barriers to learning, attendance and progression. Youll be a visible and proactive presence across campuses, working closely with families and external professionals to develop effective support plans. Alongside this, youll create enriching activities that promote wellbeing, community, confidence and a positive student experience.We have 2 available vacancies for this role!About youYoure a compassionate, organised and proactive individual whos committed to supporting young people to thrive. With strong communication and interpersonal skills, you handle sensitive situations professionally and with discretion. You bring experience working collaboratively in a team, an understanding of social, emotional and mental health needs, and confidence using a range of IT systems.
