Deputy Manager Children's Residential Home Location: Corby, NorthamptonshireSalary: Up to £35,500 per annum + sleep-in paymentsHours: Full Time 39 hours per weekAre you ready to take the next step in your residential childcare career?We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing children's care provider for a passionate Deputy Manager to join a 4-bed Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) children's home in Corby.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager or Senior Residential Support Worker looking to progress into a leadership role where you'll make a genuine difference to the lives of children and young people.Working alongside an experienced Registered Manager, you'll help lead a dedicated team, promote therapeutic, child-centred care and play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing environment where young people can thrive.The Role As Deputy Manager, you will:Support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the home.Lead, motivate and develop the staff team to deliver outstanding care.Ensure the home operates in line with Ofsted regulations, safeguarding legislation and Children's Homes Regulations.Promote positive outcomes through therapeutic, relationship-based care.Assist with staff rotas, budgets and compliance.Deputise for the Registered Manager during periods of absence.Help create a positive culture that enables children to reach their full potential.What's on Offer?
