LOCATION IS NORTH WEST - KELSALL/TARPORLEYAREA CW POSTCODE - CHESHIREMeridian business support is recruiting for a Warehouse Operatives for an online retailer based near Tarporley on a temporary to permanent basis.You will be working Monday to Friday (no weekends) 8am-5pm with an hourly rate of £12.71As Warehouse Operative you will be working in a team of other Warehouse and Yard Operatives with a variety of duties which will include heavy lifting of furniture.Duties as below:Unloading of 40ft shipping containers (Full of furniture) decanting into the warehousePicking furniture from the warehouse ready to load on 3.5 tonne vansLoad the vans, securing the furniture in placePicking furniture for Amazon PRIME, DPD and their3rd Party delivery partnerLabelling the furniture and loading onto their delivery partners' vansGeneral warehousing duties, def raggingand creating spaceUnloading of returning vehicles from delivery runsSorting ReturnsLight repairs to returned stockReadying items for sale on eBaySkills and Experience Required:Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative or Yard OperativeGood knowledge of warehouse activities including picking, dispatchand returnImmediate start !
