Role: Digital ExecutiveLocation: Birmingham / HybridSalary: Up to £34,000 Pro RataJob Type: Fixed Term Contract for 6 monthsOverview:Keystream is supporting a leading national tourism and destination marketing organisation in the search for a Digital Executive to join their Global Marketing and Digital team on a 6-month fixed-term basis.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Digital Asset Management (DAM), content management systems, digital content administration, or digital libraries to play a key role in supporting digital platforms used by internal teams and external stakeholders across the UK and internationallyThe OpportunityAs Digital Executive, you'll support the day-to-day management of the organisation's Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform and wider digital ecosystem. You'll help ensure digital content is organised, searchable, compliant and easily accessible, while providing support and guidance to users across the business.Working closely with the Digital Asset Manager and wider digital product teams, you'll contribute to digital improvement initiatives and become a key point of contact for system users.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for DAM and digital platform enquiriesManage and respond to user requests, troubleshooting issues and providing updatesReview, tag and publish digital assets, ensuring metadata accuracy and consistencyManage user accounts, roles and permissions across digital platformsDeliver onboarding, training and support for new and existing usersSupport digital projects across websites, CRM platforms and DAM systemsEnsure compliance with governance, accessibility, copyright and data management standardsEscalate complex issues to specialist teams where requiredSupport continuous improvement of digital processes and user experienceEssential ExperienceWe're interested in candidates who can demonstrate:Experience organising, cataloguing and managing digital assets or content repositoriesUnderstanding of metadata, taxonomy and searchability best practicesKnowledge of DAM systems, CMS platforms, library systems or similar searchable databasesExperience maintaining asset collections and associated data recordsAwareness of copyright, permissions management and GDPR principlesStrong attention to detail and data accuracyExcellent written communication and customer service skillsAbout YouYou'll be:A proactive and positive problem solverEnthusiastic about digital platforms and user experienceComfortable learning and working across multiple systems simultaneouslyHighly organised with strong time-management skillsAdaptable and able to support a variety of stakeholders and projectsConfident receiving and providing feedback in a collaborative environmentDesirable ExperienceExperience training or onboarding users on digital platforms and technologiesLocation & Working PatternThis role offers a hybrid working model with a primary base in Birmingham.
