This role will provide support to farming businesses and includes a blend of practical and technical consultant support activities with farm accounts technical data processing.Key responsibilities include:Working with farmers and their farm business accounts dataPerforming farm accounts analysis, working in the national team delivering the Scottish Farm Business SurveySupporting consultants in delivery of national programmes and initiatives, including the Scottish Farm Advisory Service and Whole Farm PlanSampling and data collection, both in office and on farmPossessing good communication and numeracy skillsHaving attention to detail, and ability to embrace new technical IT systems and methodsMinimum Qualifications:Good standard of secondary education (SCQF Level 5 or equivalent), or able to demonstrate relevant skills and experience.For full person specification, please download the job particular document.Eligibility for Sponsorship:Please note that this position does not meet the criteria for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship.
