MondayFriday, 8:00am5:00pmAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading FM Engineering Maintenance provider, supporting a prestigious large corporate & commercial site based in Milton Keynes.This is primarily a site-based role, with four days per week spent as the resident engineer on site and one day per week providing mobile engineering support to a small portfolio of nearby sites.The RoleCarrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across electrical building services.Fault finding and repairing electrical systems and associated plant.Acting as the sole resident engineer on site, managing day-to-day maintenance activities.Providing mobile maintenance support to other local client sites one day per week.Liaising with the client and ensuring the site is maintained to a high standard.Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with statutory compliance.RequirementsElectrical qualification (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent).18th Edition Wiring Regulations.Experience within commercial building maintenance or facilities management.Able to work independently and manage a single-man site.Full UK Driving Licence.PackageMilton Keynes Large Corporate & Commercial CampusMondayFriday, 8:00am5:00pm4 days per week site-based, 1 day per week mobile supportUp to £45,000 depending on experienceCompany vehicle & fuel card providedThis is an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for a stable Monday-to-Friday position with a leading FM provider, offering autonomy, a prestigious site, and an excellent work-life balance.If you are interested, please apply or if you have any questions, Please reach out to Jamie Simmons at the Invictus Group.TPBN1_UKTJ
