\n An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Conveyancer, Senior Property Lawyer or Head of Commercial Property to join a well-established and growing law firm in Greater Manchester.
\n The firm is intentionally broad in what they are looking for and would welcome applications from experienced Commercial Property Solicitors seeking a leadership opportunity through to Residential Conveyancers with strong Commercial Property experience who are looking to develop their commercial caseload further.

The Role:
\n As a Commercial Property Solicitor or Commercial Conveyancer, you will handle a varied caseload of Commercial Property matters including:
\n • Commercial Property acquisitions and disposals
\n • Landlord and tenant matters
\n • Commercial leases and lease negotiations
\n • Development and investment work
\n • Refinancing and secured lending transactions
\n • General Commercial Property transactions
\n • Business development and client relationship management
\n For more senior candidates, there is the opportunity to lead and develop the Commercial Property department, supervise junior lawyers and play a key role in the strategic growth of the team.
Requirements:
\n • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Commercial Property Fee Earner
\n • Experience handling Commercial Property matters from instruction through to completion
\n • Residential Conveyancers with substantial Commercial Property experience are encouraged to apply
\n • Strong client care and communication skills
\n • Supervisory or management experience would be advantageous but is not essential
\n • Ambitious individuals seeking progression into senior leadership roles are welcomed
