Senior Litigation & E-Discovery Services Analyst
\nAn incredible opportunity has arisen with an elite US law firm who are renowned for their inclusive, entrepreneurial and innovative approach who are seeking to hire a Senior Litigation & E-Discovery Services Analyst to provide litigation support in the London office, working closely with litigation and E-Discovery attorneys and legal teams across the full lifecycle of a matter.

Senior Litigation & E-Discovery Services Analyst Key Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Act as a trusted partner to litigation and E-Discovery attorneys and project managers, supporting all stages of the litigation lifecycle from case inception through to trial. \n
- Lead project planning and coordination for document review matters, including developing review protocols, searching, sampling, quality control, and production. \n
- Provide training and ongoing support to attorneys, legal assistants, and support staff on litigation systems and applications. \n
- Manage relationships with external litigation support and E-Discovery vendors. \n
- Maintain thorough documentation of all work performed on client litigation data and develop process documentation and training materials. \n
- Design and maintain litigation databases across platforms including Relativity and DISCO, and other industry standard processing tools, outside service, and software systems for litigation support; oversee quality control of document productions including privilege designations and redactions. \n
- Conduct quality control procedures to ensure accuracy of document productions including, but not limited to, privilege and confidentiality designations and redactions. \n
- Provide technical support and advice related to litigation technology and electronic discovery. \n
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise with litigation teams, systems, and processes \n
- Follow LEDS department and firm policies \n
Senior Litigation & E-Discovery Services Analyst Skills & Requirements:

- 5 years+ eDiscovery / Litigation Support within a law firm \n
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced legal environment, meeting deadlines and keeping stakeholders engaged throughout. \n
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to engage credibly with lawyers, clients, and staff at all levels and translate technical concepts into clear, practical guidance. \n
- Excellent hands-on experience with litigation review platforms such as Relativity, DISCO, Opus and OnCue \n
