Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Days and Afternoons) Location: Caistor, Lincolnshire Salary: £47,500
\nWe’re working with a well established business that’s looking to add a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to their site in Caistor.
\nThis is a hands on role within a busy production environment, where you’ll play a key part in keeping machinery running smoothly and minimising downtime.

The role
\nYou’ll be responsible for both reactive and planned maintenance across site, working on a range of equipment and continuously looking for ways to improve reliability.
\nDay to day, you’ll be:
\n- \n
- Responding to breakdowns and carrying out repairs \n
- Completing planned preventative maintenance \n
- Keeping accurate maintenance records \n
- Identifying recurring issues and improving equipment performance \n
- Making sure everything is kept audit-ready \n
What we're looking for
\n- \n
- Previous experience in a multi-skilled engineering role \n
- Solid Mechanical and Electrical knowledge \n
- Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Engineering \n
