Site Agent - Civils / HighwaysLocation: Yorkshire RegionSalary: Up to £65,000 dependent on experienceAdditional: Car allowance / Company vehiclePackage: Healthcare plan, pension scheme and holiday allowance (26 days + BH)Linsco are delighted to supporting our client, a well-established and forward-thinking civil engineering contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering civils and infrastructure projects.Due to continued success and a strong pipeline of secured work across multiple frameworks, they are looking for driven and experienced Site Agents to join their growing team in the Yorkshire region.This is a long-term opportunity to be part of a privately owned, people-focused business delivering a wide range of civil engineering and local highways projects.The RoleAs a Site Agent, you will take full ownership of project delivery on site, leading teams to safely deliver schemes on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.Typical projects include (but are not limited to):Local highways improvementsJunction upgradesCycleway schemesPublic realm worksYou will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered autonomously, while maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesFull responsibility for day-to-day site operations and project deliveryManage site teams, subcontractors and resources effectivelyEnsure compliance with health and safety standards and company proceduresOversee planning, programming and progress reportingMaintain strong communication with clients and stakeholdersEnsure all documentation, permits, and RAMS are in place and adhered toDrive quality and efficiency across all stages of deliveryRequirementsProven experience as a Site Agent or Site Manager within civils / infrastructure projectsStrong background in highways or local authority worksAbility to deliver projects autonomously at Site Agent levelDegree qualified or equivalent (HNC/HND/NVQ) in Civil Engineering or related disciplineAP (Appointed Person - Lifting Operations, A61)TWC (Temporary Works Coordinator)SMSTSCSCS CardFirst Aid at WorkFull UK driving licenceWhat's on offerSalary up to £65k depending on experienceCompany car or car allowance26 days holiday + bank holidaysPension contributionLong-term, stable work secured through major frameworksOngoing training and development opportunitiesA supportive, people-focused culture within a privately owned businessAward-winning processes designed to help you succeed and progressApplicationsIf you feel that you have the relevant experience to be successful in this position and would like to find out more, please apply online today, attaching a copy of your current CV.Due to the vast number of applications that we receive, it is not possible for us to contact all applicants; therefore, only suitable candidates will be contacted.
