Scheme Manager
\nSalary: £34,320
\nWe have an exciting opportunityfor a full time (37.5 hours) Scheme Manager at our supported living scheme, Stokebury House, in Amersham.
\nStokebury House comprises of 12 purpose built self-contained flats where we provide 24-hour support to individuals living with mental health illnesses.
\nAs Scheme Manager, you will:

- Lead and motivate a committed team to deliver high-quality support \n
- Ensure residents can access and maintain safe, secure housing \n
- Promote a positive workplace culture where everyone feels included and supported \n
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to achieve the best outcomes \n
About you:
\nWe are looking for someone with experience in the care or support sector, specifically in supporting & empowering people living with mental health illnesses.
\nYou will need to:
\n- \n
- Demonstrate a trauma-informed approach in all aspects of service delivery, ensuring sensitivity to the impact of trauma on individuals and promoting safety, empowerment, and compassionate care. \n
- Manage recruitment and induction of new staff, fostering an inclusive and supportive working environment where everyone feels valued. \n
- Oversee the service rota, ensuring consistent cover for all shifts, including weekends when required. \n
- Possess strong IT skills \n
- Be flexible and reliable, able to work shifts including weekends and bank holidays. \n
- Lead and collaborate with a committed team, offering guidance and compassionate support to individuals with learning disabilities. \n
