Hard FM Project ManagerBishop Auckland£45,000 - £50,000We're currently recruiting for a Hard FM Project & Lifecycle Manager to join a well-established facilities management provider on a static healthcare site. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware engineer or manager to step into a key role overseeing projects, lifecycle works, and engineering operations.Based full-time on site, you'll lead Hard FM engineering operations while managing projects, variations, and lifecycle activities within a healthcare PFI environment.Key duties include:Managing lifecycle works, small projects, and variations from quote through to completionOverseeing planned and reactive maintenance activities across the siteEnsuring compliance with health & safety, HTM/HBN standards, and permit systemsSupervising engineers and subcontractors, ensuring quality and performanceManaging budgets, forecasting costs, and ensuring financial control of worksActing as the main technical point of contact for stakeholdersMaintaining CAFM systems, documentation, and asset recordsSupporting lifecycle planning, reporting, and long-term asset strategyRequirementsTo be considered, candidates must have:Minimum 5 years' experience within building services / Hard FMMechanical or Electrical background with relevant qualificationsStrong knowledge of commercial M&E systemsExperience managing subcontractors and project deliveryFamiliarity with CAFM systems and Permit-to-Work processesA proactive, solutions-focused and commercially aware mindsetDesirable:Experience within healthcare, PFI or PPP environmentsIOSH or NEBOSH qualificationKnowledge of HTM/HBN standardsPrevious Authorised Person experienceUnderstanding of CDM regulationsPackageSalary: £45,000 - £50,000Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00Holiday: 25 days + bank holidaysPensionLife assuranceStatic site role with no travel requiredWhy Apply?Static role - all work based on one siteStrong, long-term contract with stabilityOpportunity to lead projects and lifecycle strategyGreat client relationship and supportive team environmentApply NowIf you're a driven Hard FM professional with project and lifecycle experience, apply today to find out more about this opportunity.TPBN1_UKTJ
