Internal Sales Co-ordinator

Vibe Recruit is currently recruiting for a Internal Sales Co-ordinator on behalf of our client based in Pontypool. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business, providing essential administrative support within a busy sales office.This is a varied role that would suit someone who is organised, customer-focused and enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment.Location: PontypoolPay: £12.71 - £13.00 per hour (depending on experience)/ Paid weeklyKey ResponsibilitiesCommunicating with customers via telephone and email on a daily basis.Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.Raising invoices and purchase orders.Scheduling work and managing delivery bookings.Producing customer reports.Handling customer queries and resolving complaints professionally.Answering incoming telephone calls and directing them to the appropriate department.Filing and maintaining accurate records.Assisting with basic estimating duties.Providing general administrative support to the sales office team.What We're Looking For:Excellent communication and customer service skills.A professional and polite telephone manner.The ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Previous administration or sales office experience is desirable but not essential.Working HoursMonday to Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pmFriday: 8:00am - 3:30pmSalary£12.71 - £13.00 per hour, depending on experience.If you're looking for opportunity with a supportive team and enjoy working in a busy office environment, we'd love to hear from you.
