Youll support the delivery of residential neighbourhoods, affordable and Build to Rent housing, commercial developments (including a new High Street area called Market Street), and community and sports facilities, while working alongside housebuilders, consultants, local stakeholders and colleagues across the Duchy.From supporting development agreements and financial appraisals to helping deliver projects themselves, youll gain experience of every aspect of creating a thriving, sustainable place.Were looking for someone with a degree in a development-related discipline who is passionate about property, placemaking and creating communities that balance commercial success with positive social and environmental outcomes.Youll be highly organised, commercially aware and eager to learn, with strong communication skills, a collaborative approach and the confidence to work with a wide range of stakeholders.Most importantly, youll be motivated by the opportunity to develop your career while contributing to one of the UKs most innovative long-term development projects.This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside an experienced Development Director and within a wider development team, gaining broad experience across residential, commercial and mixed-use development from strategy through to delivery.So, if youre looking for a graduate role that offers real responsibility, outstanding development opportunities and the chance to help shape the future of Nansledan, wed love to hear from you!
