FLT Counterbalance / Labourer Location: Leek, ST13Pay: £14.00 per hourHours: Monday to Friday | 8-hour day shiftsContract: TemporaryQuest Employment is currently recruiting for an FLT Counterbalance / Labourer on behalf of a leading engineering company based in Leek, ST13 .This role involves supporting an engineering rip-out project, combining forklift driving with hands-on labouring duties. We are looking for someone who is confident using a range of hand and air tools and who enjoys working in a practical, fast-paced environment.The Role Operating a Counterbalance Forklift to move materials safely around the site.Assisting with engineering strip-out and rip-out work.Using hand and air-powered tools, including hand grinders.Loading, unloading and moving equipment and materials.Carrying out general labouring duties as required.Keeping the work area clean, tidy and safe.Adhering to all site health and safety procedures.What We're Looking For A valid Counterbalance FLT licence.Previous experience in an engineering, manufacturing or industrial environment.Confidence using hand tools and air tools, particularly hand grinders.A practical approach with the ability to carry out manual handling tasks.A reliable, hardworking attitude and strong work ethic.The ability to work independently and as part of a team.What's on Offer? £14.00 per hour.Monday to Friday day shifts no weekends.Weekly pay.Immediate start available.Opportunity to work with a well-established engineering business.If you're an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver looking for a varied role that combines forklift operation with hands-on engineering support, we'd love to hear from you.
