Production Operative Night Shift

Impact Recruitment are looking for two permanent production operatives to work for a local business who offer great career development opportunities. This role offers full training , you just simply need a great attitude and the ability to drive to get to their site. Any hands on experience would be beneficial.This is a night shift vacancy that involves training on a day shift for serveral months.You will need access to your own transport as this company are based in a rural location.Role: Production OperativeHours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm for training & Monday to Friday 10pm - 6am once trainedPay: £13.48 (Day shift) £17.53 (Night Shift once trained)Location: Northampton (Rural location)Daily Duties:Operating and using manufacturing equipmentEnsure all equipment is always kept cleanConfirming paperwork making sure they are correctWorking to strict procedures and processesUsing raw materials to manufacture productsMaking sure completed jobs are quality checkedComplete paperwork as requiredEnsuring all health & safety procedures are followedSkills and Knowledge requiredProduction or manufacturing experience is prefered but not essentialEnthusiastic and keen to learnExcellent self-motivationGood IT skills and literacyExcellent Numeracy skillsMust be able to drive to get to siteIf you are interested in this opportunity then please apply with an up to date CV.
