Supporting children and young people with a range of communication and developmental needs, youll combine direct therapy with assessment, consultation and practical strategies that make a difference beyond the therapy session.In this role, youll:Assess children and young people with SEND, autism, developmental language needs, social communication differences, SEMH needs and more complex profiles.Plan and deliver evidence-based, individualised interventions, including direct therapy, advice and consultation.Contribute to EHCP assessments, reports and outcome reviews.Work closely with teachers, parents, carers, SENCOs and multidisciplinary colleagues to embed communication support throughout the school day.Review progress, adapt intervention plans and contribute to joined-up support for children with more complex needs.Its a varied role where youll balance assessment, therapy, consultation and collaboration, with the chance to make a visible difference to children, families and school teams every day.What youll needBSc or MSc in Speech and Language Therapy.HCPC registration.It would be great if you also bringExperience in paediatric, school-based or EHCP-focused settingsConfidence supporting children and young people with complex communication, SEMH or behavioural needsExperience completing assessments for Education, Health and Care PlansSpecialist CPD, training or trauma-informed practice experienceReady to join us?If youre ready to build your career in a supportive, forward-thinking clinical team, wed love to hear from you.For more information about this role please refer to the Job Description and Job Pack.Momenta Connect is committed to safeguarding and promoting welfare .
