What you'll be doing

• Acting as the main point of contact for maintenance issues, keeping tenants, landlords and contractors in the loop

• Arranging repairs, chasing quotes and making sure work gets done to a high standard

• Carrying out property visits every few months and writing up clear, useful reports
\n
• Coordinating pre tenancy works so properties are ready to go
\n
• Juggling a busy, varied workload across multiple properties
\n

• A practical head for repairs and a good eye for detail
