Reception ManagerCheltenhamBasic Salary £28,500 + Commission (OTE £30,000-£35,000)We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Reception Manager to oversee front-of-house operations within a high-end beauty clinic located in the prestigious area of Cheltenham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in luxury, aesthetic, or clinic environments who thrives in a client-facing leadership role.Benefits:12.5% commission on retail product sales28 days holiday (including bank holidays), increasing with length of serviceCompany pension scheme35% staff discount on all productsPaid day off for your birthdayKey Responsibilities:Manage and oversee the day-to-day front-of-house operations of the Cheltenham clinicDrive revenue through effective diary management, upselling, and retail performanceLead, motivate, and support the reception team to deliver exceptional client experiencesProvide a premium level of service to high-net-worth clientele, maintaining a polished and professional approach at all timesUtilise booking software (Zenoti) and analyse KPI reports to optimise performance and efficiencyFoster a positive, high-performing team environment focused on service excellence and commercial successRequirements:A minimum of 3 years' experience within a beauty, aesthetics, luxury retail, or private clinic environment (essential)Proven experience working in a high-end, client-focused setting with exposure to premium services or productsDemonstrated ability to lead or supervise a front-of-house or reception teamStrong commercial awareness with a track record of driving sales and client engagementExperience using booking systems and working with performance metrics/KPIsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining exceptional service standardsWorking Hours:This is a full-time, permanent position working Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00am - 6:00pm.If you are a motivated, well-presented, and commercially minded individual with experience in a luxury or clinic setting, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.BSR Health are a Specialist Healthcare Agency.
