Working across the Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Life Sciences, Heritage, Hospitality and Residential sectors, they have built an outstanding reputation for delivering complex projects throughout the UK and Ireland. Following continued growth, they are expanding their Manchester operation and are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in their future success.In this role, you will take full commercial responsibility for Building Services projects from contract award through to final account. You will prepare valuations, manage variations, produce cost reports and forecasts, oversee subcontract procurement and payments, and work closely with project teams and clients to ensure projects are delivered profitably and efficiently.
