Personal Injury Solicitor – Birmingham

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Executive or Associate to join a leading defendant insurance litigation team. This role offers the chance to work on a diverse range of complex and high-profile employers' liability, public liability and personal injury claims for insurers, corporates and loss adjusters.

The Role

\n
• Manage a varied caseload of litigated and pre-litigated liability claims
\n
• Handle employers' liability, public liability, product liability and property-related matters
\n
• Work on multi-track, multi-defendant and Part 20 claims
\n
• Advise clients across sectors including construction, manufacturing, leisure and retail
\n
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering excellent service
\n

About You

\n
• 2–5 years' PQE as a UK Qualified Solicitor, CILEX professional, or equivalent experience
\n
• Experience handling or assisting with defendant liability litigation
\n
• Knowledge of employers' and public liability claims
\n
• Basic understanding of insurance coverage issues
\n
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills
\n
