If you are analytical, detail-oriented and intellectually curious, this could be the ideal first step into executive search. What You'll Be Doing - Researcher Conducting detailed market mapping exercises to identify leadership talent across target sectors and geographies. Researching and analysing organisational structures, competitor landscapes and talent pools. Supporting searches for Board, C-Suite and senior leadership appointments. Engaging with senior executives and industry leaders from day one. Producing candidate shortlists, market reports and intelligence packs for clients. Analysing data and trends to support strategic hiring decisions. Working closely with Consultants and Principals throughout the search process. Attending client meetings and gaining exposure to board-level discussions with FTSE 100 organisations. Developing into a recognised market specialist within your chosen area of expertise. What We're Looking For Graduate trainee Strong analytical and research skills. Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy. The ability to interpret and present complex information clearly. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A proactive and inquisitive mindset. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-focused environment. Commercial awareness and an interest in business, consulting or leadership markets. Previous research, analytical or professional services experience is advantageous but not essential.
