Job Title: Project Co-ordinatorLocation: Macclesfield (Hybrid office and home working)Employment Type: Full Time | 37.5 hours per weekAll applicants must have the right to work in the UK, we cannot provide sponsorship unfortunately.About the RoleOur client is a well-established IT Managed Services provider, delivering managed IT, cloud and security services to clients across the UK & Europe. They operate a security-first culture and work across a broad technology stack including Dell, Cisco, Citrix and Microsoft. The Project Co-ordinator will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects by coordinating activities, managing documentation and ensuring effective communication between internal teams, customers and third parties.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning, coordination and delivery of multiple concurrent projectsMaintain and update project plans, schedules and trackersCoordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure timely task completionOrganise and document project meetings, including agendas, minutes and action trackingMonitor project progress and highlight risks, issues and dependenciesEnsure all project documentation is accurate, up to date and stored correctlyAssist with change management processes in a procedurally compliant mannerSupport project reporting including status updates, milestone reports, RAID logs and performance metricsLiaise with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent communicationSupport financial tracking of projects (POs, timesheets, cost tracking where required)Contribute to process improvements within the PMDEssential Skills & Experience2-3 years' experience in a IT project coordination, administrative or delivery support roleStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectivelyConfident coordinating between suppliers, customers and internal teamsHigh attention to detail and accuracy in documentationExperience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira or similar)Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environmentDesirable SkillsExperience within an IT services or managed services environmentUnderstanding of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile)Knowledge of IT infrastructure or cloud technologiesFamiliarity with ITIL frameworkProject management certification (PRINCE2 Foundation, Agile or equivalent)Experience working with ISO9001 and ISO27001 standards within a projects environmentBenefitsUp to £40,000 DOE25 days annual leave + bank holidaysContributory pension scheme, tiered contributions rising to 10% with length of serviceCompany sick payTailored personal development plans and trainingFree parking and electric car charging facilities at UK head officeTPBN1_UKTJ
